About Us

My name is Ali Attar and I'm the man behind Attar Fitness. I want my clients to understand what drives me to help people change there lives for the healthier.

In 2008 I weighed 250lbs. I ate everything and anything and didnt care. I didnt bother to excersise ever. But I was unhappy and miserable. Today I am 175lbs and have found a passion in not only eating clean but staying active and mentally healthy. I grew up with sisters and watched them struggle as well and helped them with fitness and finding a healthy balance between food and excersise.

My message is not about working out 24/7, rather it is about balance. Finding the balance between mental resolve, physical energy and eating right is a challenge and I have lived it. That is why I have made it my job to help YOU achieve that. The first step is asking for help with the challenge and by contacting me you have accomplished it!

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

 

Personal Training and exoirbant fees seem to run synonymously in most peoples minds. At Attar Fitness it is my belief that health should not be a luxury but a norm. Personal training sessions are 45 min long and on average 2x per week. All packages are adjustable to fit your specific needs. Diet and nutriton are reviewed within sessions. Inital meeting is set up to review goals, weight, BMI, body percent fat and payment. We do offer payment plans!

Hate working out by yourself? Bring a friend or two and we can customize a training package to suit all your needs. Better yet the more in a group the cheaper the cost!
